果美侠（中国），故宫博物院宣传教育部副主任，研究馆员。

　　毕业于首都师范大学历史学专业，获得硕士学位，目前博士在读。2003年进入故宫博物院宣传教育部工作至今。2014年参加美国盖蒂领导力培训，并以相应理论指导工作实践。

　　主要从事博物馆展览宣传、教育策划、博物馆志愿者管理和国际博协培训中心博物馆专业培训工作。有丰富的博物馆教育策划与执行经验，与团队共同开发的教育活动受到各年龄层观众的欢迎，将故宫教育工作带入全新局面。

　　主要研究方向为博物馆教育和中国古代文化史，先后发表了大都会博物馆教育、馆校合作、儿童教育、教育策划、志愿者管理等博物馆教育管理与实践文章；编撰出版多个博物馆教育读本；文化史方面发表陶瓷纹饰考证、中国宫廷传教士服饰、清宫西洋画家选派等研究文章。

　　Ms. Guo Meixia graduated and got her master degree in history from Capital Normal University. At present, she is also a doctoral candidate of Capital Normal University. She started her career in the Publicity and Education Department of the Palace Museum in 2003. In 2014, she attended the training at Getty Leadership Institute in America and has applied the theory learned from there into practice.

　　Her professional work focuses on museum exhibition promotion, education program planning, museum volunteer management and the organization of ICOM-ITC training workshops. With the help of her rich experience in developing and implementing museum education programs, the activities she and her team developed are welcome among visitors of all age groups, which raised the educational work of the Palace Museum onto a new level.

　　The main directions of Ms. Guo’s researches concentrate on museum education and ancient cultural history of China. On museum theories and practices, she has published articles on the education work of the Metropolitan Museum, cooperation between museum and school, children education, museum education planning, museum volunteer management, etc. She has also published several books about museum education. On ancient cultural history of China, she has published articles on research on decorative patterns on the ceramics, clothes & accessories of China’s court missionaries, Catholic Church dispatched painters to Qing court, and so forth.
